Leanfy is a personalised nutrition application that calculates your calorie and macronutrient needs, generates meal suggestions from your available ingredients, and lets you track your physical progress over time.
Leanfy is not a medical or dietetic service. The information provided (calories, macronutrients, meal plans, food analyses) is for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional medical or nutritional advice. Consult a doctor, dietitian, or qualified healthcare professional before making any significant dietary changes, especially if you have a pre-existing medical condition.
Some app features (photo food analysis, recipe generation) rely on artificial intelligence technologies that may produce inaccurate or incomplete results. You are solely responsible for verifying nutritional information before relying on it. Leanfy accepts no liability for errors in AI-generated data.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activities carried out from your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account at the contact address below.
Leanfy offers premium features accessible through a paid subscription (monthly or annual), billed through the App Store or Google Play Store. The exact price, duration, and terms of any free trial period are displayed before you confirm your purchase. The subscription renews automatically at the then-current price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your App Store or Google Play account settings, or directly from the "Subscription" page in the app. Leanfy does not have access to your payment details and cannot process refunds directly: refund requests are handled exclusively according to Apple's or Google's policy.
You agree to use Leanfy only for personal and legal purposes. In particular, you must not: • Attempt to access unauthorised systems or data • Use the application for commercial purposes without authorisation • Share your account with third parties • Reproduce or distribute application content
All application content (design, text, algorithms, logos) is the exclusive property of Leanfy and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Any unauthorised reproduction is prohibited.
Leanfy is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all liability for direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from use of or inability to use the application, including inaccuracies in displayed nutritional data.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the service at any time, with or without notice. We may also modify these terms. Changes take effect upon publication in the application.
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
